John 13:31-33

After Judas left the disciples, Jesus talked more about glorification. He stated that the "Son of Man is glorified" and that "God is glorified in Him" (13:31). According to Merriam-Webster, "glorify" means "bestowing honor, praise, or admiration". We know that Jesus received a lot of praise after the entry to Jerusalem (back in John 12). But that's not all.

Jesus stated that if God is glorified in Him, then "God will also glorify Him in Himself" and "glorify Him immediately" (13:32). Pretty much everything that Jesus did glorified God, and the Father glorified Jesus. However, as noted by the future tense, the other glorification is a reference to how Jesus would get the ultimate glorification based on what he would do on the cross.

Speaking of which, remember when Jesus said to the Judeans that where Jesus was going they could not come? That also applied to Jesus's own disciples. For a while, the disciples will be unable to be with Jesus (since Jesus would die on a cross). Jesus told the disciples that ahead of time so the disciples could know what to expect. However, Jesus still has some words he wants to share with the disciples.
